The agreement between the two parties could be on various topics. If it pertains to protecting the life of an insurer for a particular term, then it becomes a life insurance. On the other hand, if it tries to indemnify the customers against the happening of an event such as accident, illness, sickness or theft, fire in the house then it falls under the category of health insurance or general insurance. To market and sell these products there should be an important link and that link is none else but he insurance agents.
So the fact that has to be understood is that without any insurable interest there cannot be any insurance. There are a number of policies which are taken by customers for different situations and different requirements. Let us have a look at some of the policies that are commonly being sold in the market today. Insuring the life is the most common thing which most of us do. In this contract between the insurer and the insured, the company gives a written contract to the insurer that he or she will be paid some money as compensation in the event of some unforeseen happening taking place. If it does not happen also the insurer will get the money for a business insurancehe has paid as premium back with some interest which is also referred to as bonus. In case of accident and other insurance policies there is a slight difference in the sense that these are more or indemnities rather than insurance policies. Apart from this there are also other policies such as home policies, fire policies, automobile policies, etc.
